10 days Loin Loom Workshop (Feb-Mar, 2019)
10 days Design Workshop of Loin Loom was organised at Weaker Sections’ Development Council, Khangshim Village, Dist. Chandel from 22nd Feb to 3rd March, 2019. The workshop was conducted by MEETAC along with our knowledge partner NID, Ahmedabad. Designers from NID provided the designs of the prototypes to the artisans. In this 10-day design workshop, 34 artisans were participated and 26 prototype designs were developed as product line of Cushion cover and Table Mate. The entire expenses of the workshop were borne by MEETAC and stipends were given to the artisans.
