10 days Woodcraft Workshop at Kakching

10 days Design Workshop of Wood Carving was organised at Hiyang Hiren Arts Craft Centre, Kakching, Dist. Kakching from 22nd Feb to 3rd March, 2019. The workshop was conducted by MEETAC along with our knowledge partner NID, Ahmedabad. Designers from NID provided the designs of the prototypes to the artisans. In this 10 day design workshop, 15 artisans were participated and 15 prototype designs were developed as product line of Table Top i.e. Mobile stand, Lamp shed, Bookshelf, Mag rack, Self-spectacle stand, Reed box, Table organiser, Tea Coaster etc. The entire expenses of the workshop were borne by MEETAC and stipends were given to the artis
